Anemone Reef or Hin Jom (Submerged Rock) is an underwater rock 600 meters to
the North of Hin Musang which drops off dramatically to a depth of between 20
and 27 meters. The reef start at 5 meters and is completeley covered with
anemones and soft corals.
Fish life is abundant and leopard sharks are often seen, sometimes even swimming at the top of the
rock on six meters depth of water.
On occasions when the water becomes so clear that you can see the
bottom, diving here is exceptional. The conditions are though hard to predict. There are also
occasional strong currents, making this location an intermediate to advanced level dive site.
