INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT COURSES PHUKET PADI OWSI (Open Water Diver Instructor) PhuketThis is the other part of the IDC program and can be taken separately by you who already are an Assistant Instructor OR have an instructor certification from another organisation than PADI.The course develops your leadership skills and prepares you to hold PADI program education. It will be completed with the Instructor Examination (IE) The examination will evaluate your skills in diving theory, academical pedagogics, pool training, open water dive training as your own general diving and professional skills. After you've passed the IE you're a certified PADI Instructor. To participate in the course you have to be over 18, have at least 60 dives with experience of night diving, deep diving and navigational diving, and have an instructor certification from another diving organisation, be a PADI Assistant Instructor or equavilent.
