 PADI Open Water Diver in Kata, Karon Beach Phuket
The course consists of five modules of diving theory finished by a test; five modules of diving skills either in a swimming pool or in similar water conditions; and four dives in open water around Phuket. The course covers all basic aspects of diving from the equipment you will use to the effects of pressure under water, basic underwater navigation and how to plan dives using the PADI dive tables. After you've finished the course you'll be certified to dive to 18 metres. For deeper dives you can continue with the Advanced Open Water course. Between the ages of 10 and 14 you will complete the course to the same standards as adults to achieve Junior Open Water Diver certification. You can upgrade this when you reach 15 without any further study. The emphasis of the course is on safety and enjoyment, and you will be taught by an experienced, professional PADI instructor. There will never be more than 4 students to one instructor so we can assure you of the highest levels of safety and close supervision at all times. PADI E-Learning You can complete the academic portion of the course on-line if you prefer so that you're ready to get straight into the water when you arrive in Thailand. Just log in to PADI's e-Learning site and follow the instructions. You can contact us at any time for assistance and your student records will be sent to us as soon as you've completed the modules.PADI Scuba Diver If you don't have time to complete the Open Water Course during your trip to Phuket you can take the PADI Scuba Diver course. It gives you certification for diving to 12 metres accompanied by a certified assistant. The course consists of three modules of theory, three modules in confined water and two Open Water dives to a mximum of twelve meters. After the course you'll receive full certification for diving worldwide and can easily continue to complete the Open Water course at any time in the future without having to do the full course all over again.Welcome to the world of diving!
